Shipping information for shipments to foreign countries
We will send all ordered items via POSTNL, DPD en FedEx. For a parcel post, you will pay the regular POSTNL rates. Should it prove that your order is possible with a different shipping method, or if the shipping method is insufficient, we will refund your postage overpaid immediately, or we will charge you for the additional shipping costs! Of course you can get the package with us. This is only possible by appointment.

Shipping Time
We strive to stock all items as much as possible so that fast delivery is possible. If the items are in stock, we will handle a shipping period of up to 14 business days.

Out of Stock
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will always check it out.
You do not have to look for yourself when an item is available again.

What are the guidelines if I want to send an order abroad?
You can not ship sample shipments abroad, except Belgium. Delivery time of the order depends on the item with the longest delivery time. This because all items are sent at one time if possible. For overseas, you must also count on a longer delivery time than for an order in the country. This delivery time depends on the country where the order is shipped.

Outside the EU, any import or customs duties will be calculated if the order arrives in the country of destination. As a customer, you are responsible for these costs, which may differ from country to country. The amount of this amount is calculated by the customs of the country where the order is delivered. If you want to know to what extent you should pay these rights, you should contact the customs of the country in question.

Delivery and Delivery
- Monsters: Within one week, if in stock:
- Unprinted or unembroidered items: 1 to 2 weeks on stock
- Embroidered items: 2 to 3 weeks
- Printed items: 2 to 3 weeks
- At any longer delivery time we will always contact you regarding this.
- No warranties can be derived from indicative delivery times, unless otherwise agreed with us.
- We depend on our stock position at any time.

Address change
Customers are obliged to inform of any change of address. As long as has not received a moving message, you will be deemed to be living at the latest address at and will be liable for the items you have ordered delivered at the old address.

Can I deliver an order to a mailbox address?
POSTNL does not deliver orders to a mailbox address.
We therefore recommend that you use a different shipping address for orders.
